Dsquares helps set up and manage the loyalty program for its clients while also attending to customer requests and providing technical support throughout the contract tenor. Dsquares boasts an unparalleled merchant network with reach spanning more than 900 brands and over 11,000 outlets across sectors throughout Egypt, Jordan, Tanzania, KSA, Romania and the UAE with Dsquares and/or Lucky ‘Points of Acceptance’.

In 2019, ‘Dsquares’ successfully ventured into the consumer loyalty & digital payments business by launching the ‘Lucky’ application, which provides users discount deals, attractive offers, and a mobile wallet with a current network of more than 15,000 outlets covering food, entertainment, fashion, electronics, gifts & accessories, health & beauty, fitness, services, travel & hospitality, books & stationery, and furniture & home appliances in addition to offering financing solutions.


In December 2020, LCP Fund II announced the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Dsquares & Lucky (“DSQ Group”). The transaction consisted of a capital increase in addition to acquiring Ezdehar Egypt Mid-Cap Fund’s minority stake.
